I was surprised to hear them say they especially enjoyed the floor work. Breathing, focusing, positive affirmations.
I wasn’t sure this was going to be all that acceptable but it was. The standing movements -they also said they experienced - I would explain
this as some kind of difficulty - Not as likable as the floor work. However, I think with athletes I’ve had experience with - they tend to have difficulties with these arts of Yoga-Tai Chi-Qi gong.
Athletes push-push-push/hard-hard-hard to WIN! It’s what they train to do. Nothing wrong with this but they
loose sight of hard vs soft in mind/body/spirit. They are just beginning a new journey perhaps the floor work gave them time to introspect on many things going on in their lives.
You have exceptional insight.
I just want you to know it is a delight to know and work with you.

Chris is an outstanding physical trainer and a person of true integrity. I was chronically fatigued, depressed and overweight. As a birthday gift, my wonderful brother gave me a package of 5 sessions (which includes an initial session for free--for a total of 6 sessions). I spread these out over a 3 month period seeing Chris every other week. He definitely got me "over the hump" of doldrums I was in! I now feel stronger, lighter (almost 10 lbs. lost) and have more energy. From the first session, it was obvious that Chris is passionate about what he does and truly cares about people. He always went over time with my sessions--caring more about my understanding and success than he did about the clock. He introduced me to many new and interesting exercises. I also have much more awareness of my body posture, alignment, and the fact that even minor adjustments throughout the day can make a huge difference in how you feel. I often did and continue to do my "scap-wrap and zip-up" body adjustments everytime I hit a stoplight on the way to and from work. I highly recommend Chris for anyone who is looking to "strengthen" themselves and add "vitality" to their lives!

Chris is great! He pays attention to your issues & addresses them. Careful to prevent injury, he's well educated in rehab exercise. He helped me put together an exercise routine to address stiffness, pain & restricted range of motion problems that has helped a lot! (I just turned 65.) Easy to work with & a sense of humor, he still keeps you on track through the grunt work I try to avoid! ;) I definitely recommend you check him out for your body building, maintenance or rehab needs... Chris is a very knowledgeable and professional personal trainer. He knows exactly what I need to do to improve my performance for my golf tournaments. The way he trains is not just about building muscles, he also helps me maintain mental clarity to replicate when I'm under a lot of pressure to perform flawlessly.
I love his ability for on spot flexibility when it comes to what portion of my body I want the session to primarily focus on. I have definitely become a better athlete physically, spiritually, and emotionally all thanks to Chris. Chris always had my best interest at heart and tailors each workout for such.
